At Te Manawa my class and I did some weaving with flax, but before that we had a man talk to us about fibre and things that are made out of flax and how strong flax can be. When we got to weave we all made a lovely fish! After we made the fish we got to cut shapes on the fins.
After that we had lunch with room 12 then room 9 did a scavenger hunt in the Palmerston North
square. In the square it was hard to find everything because the square s such a big place.
I'm sure everybody learnt something interesting on this trip.
